Wild. It's probably the last universally accepted classic album.
Now everyone's completely divided on everything
Father Time is amazing but thats one of those that i cant listen to too much its waaaay too close to home

i dont really go back to it like that nowadays tbh
amazing album although i think kendrick got significantly better after it and its got slight nostalgia bias if im being honest
Nah fr I view Crown as almost like a mantra he’s speaking to himself after a therapy session, reminding himself that some people love GKMC, some people love TPAB and some people love DAMN. And that he shouldn’t kill himself over trying make something for every person who has different tastes.
Nobody knows
sounded like Don on the vocals
the fact that kendrick didnt really have a "weak" project yet makes all top 5's valid
MM&TBS
TPAB
GKMC
DAMN.
S80
uu
the fact that kendrick didnt really have a "weak" project yet makes all top 5's valid
He will undoubtedly be top 5 when all is said and done
the fact that kendrick didnt really have a "weak" project yet makes all top 5's valid
Even his weakest (which is section.80 & DAMN, depending on the criteria), are still great albums that would be other artists best work.
less than sxn80 ?
only play money trees but yea
Can someone explain the message of crown to me
I take it as Kendrick addressing the pressure that he feels, like he wanted the crown but at what cost type s***
And just coming to terms with the fact that he cant please everybody
Idk how rappers don't utilize Sampha more.
I have a feeling he only works wit top rappers but I could be wrong
