This album just weights more musically compared to, let's say, GKMC (which to this day is incredible). But you can you tell how much more Kendrick has evolved with this album, a much more insightful and mature Kenny.

Itās more about u needing to be quite stupid to not understand he wasnāt literally insulting his relative on the track. Also the 1st amendment thing was a joke which clearly flew over ur head in a similar way

I think he lost a lot of subtlety that existed in his songwriting on those three albums. I understand that mightāve been intentional with the therapy angle, but sometimes on this album it feels like the points being made are being beat over the head
