Honestly tho any kind of speculation about the album is pure cringe... it was the same with Damn, people were claiming some neo funk thing would happen or some kind of weird s*** with the double album

As with Damn the only people who know what this is going to sound like are kendrick and his producers/features. Remember when Humble dropped and it was a mad curveball for an artist who made tpab only 2 years previously
