These dudes have 0 social media presence except for popping up at random times for weird posts then disappearing again for months. If Carti was on IG & Twitter every single day people wouldn't have found Red nearly as interesting. That's not an insult either, I like that album. But people underestimate just how much artist perception affects music reception.
That mystique helps lol like Niggas clown mysterious music but it harkens back to the 90s where all we had was just the music to hold us over

The difference between Denzel & Kendrick that Denzel's missing in his tweets and a***ysis is that Kendrick's budget for this album was probably in the multiple millions. Denzel I'm sure barely hit the hundreds of thousands if even. I'm not saying that money buys quality, but it's defintiely a factor in terms of production value and rollout.
