TubigI love Lupe, and in the mixtape, f&l, and the cool years I thought he would be going down as the greatest rapper of all time.
Bad label s*** f***ed that up, but Kendrick became what I expected Lupe to be.
thats a interesting perspective, i can see definitely how you could say kendrick is fulfilling the post nas prophecy so to speak, but i think lupe has had longevity and over time has continued to put out dope music so it doesnt end at the cool

ya i hear you. even as a huge lupe stan i know his overall discography is tainted. but i know a lot if it is just signing with the wrong label compared to what kendrick did, vs. actual talent of the artist
feel like he doesnt have the most consistent discography overall, but it should definitely come with an asterisk
