Scratchin MambaThe takeaway I have from this album is that it is pointless to sit around waiting for a hero to come and save you, because that doesn’t exist in the real world. Instead, focus on bettering yourself and fixing from the inside out instead of waiting for someone else to do it for you.

He’s not doing that though. He’s taking this platform he has and showing people how they can better themselves the same way he had. Sure you can just boil that down to “go to therapy” which can be problematic in and of itself, but some people just need that push in the direction or seeing someone they hold highly in that seat. In a way it’s better than trying to be that savior for everyone because like he said, you can’t please everyone.
