Look at this grifting ass loser
Heās annoying, but heās right in Kendrick shouldnāt be saying the F word. Doesnāt matter if heās trying to make a point of ignorance in the song, like I get that thatās the point of the song but still nah.
he could've put future on count me out since he used the flow
song needs some type of energy...how y'all like it as the intro as the second disc?
Thoughts on savior ?
Kinda wish he kept the Kanye line instead of lebron
But fr I liked it. I need to get to the album some more when I get off work, canāt focus on work anyway rn I should leave tbh
But I had been wondering what he was going to say in regards to how noname called him out and this and a few other songs addressed it well. The third verse is great
Capitalists posing as compassionates be offending me
Yeah, suck my d***, with authenticity
A standout line from the album
Pac was revolutionary but cmon man lol dude was off the s***s during his last days
Really became his own worst enemy
purple hearts is an odd record lol i think it might've worked better for me with one or the other feature. it's cool tho
Song is a slog
Pac spent his last days dissing Dre and calling him all types of homophobic slurs over R&B beats, he would get torn apart
2pac also died at 25.
thats relatively young asf. He coulda definitely grew from that.
I think it's more like "the world didn't receice my message how i wanted, so ima just do me"
I took it very differently. Throughout the album one of the main themes was that hes not a savior and that he still has alot of growing and healing to do.
got a point.
BUT, he's still human. But yeah, we do gotta take into account dude can afford to just...put himself first.
Yeah i get it it's human, and i respect the honesty, but that doesn't mean i like what he's saying necessarily
I don't think he woulda swung all the way in this direction either if he didn't have the understanding of the nature of the issues he was always talking about and tried to change in his way btw
GKMC and TPAB are classics but the belief he had in how his message alone could impact the world was a bit naive, he just got let down really hard by reality and now it feels like he's kinda salty about it lol
Yes, because he's speaking to bigots and inviting them with all his cancellable, unwoke language during those stages of his life. He's talking to them.
It's fine if you want to be outraged or whatever. Kendrick didn't care. I don't care. Song is about loving and accepting people.
Iām not outraged, I just donāt like hypocrisy. Kendrick is only getting a pass because heās Kendrick. If another artist did this, it wouldnāt fly. Kanye for example.

iāve only listened to the album once but it was one of my least favorites. especially cause disc1 had an amazing intro
i think a white person saying the n word is a bit worse than a straight person saying the f word honestly
Naw itās okay to like both man clb rides just as this does
Itās ok but iāve heard better Drake albums. Itās nothing special to me tbh
A few tracks in and already the production on this is WAY better than Damn. It must go way downhill from here based on everyone's reactions in here
Using the exact comparison the song points to as a reason not to use the F slur. Powerful argument
Thatās exactly what I was trying to say about the song being contradictory lol. He donāt follow his own logic with the song.
Have a feeling both are going to give really positive reviews. Especially Fantano.
Yeah i could be wrong but i feel like fantano is gonna love this s***
I see why everybody thinks hes gonna hate it though
Kinda wish he kept the Kanye line instead of lebron

Was not expecting this insightful of a response, but thank you. I enjoyed it quite a bit as well
i love lupe but he isnt political enough. Like, imagine somebody doing it on pac level
TPAB is a tryna be Anderson Paak album
The gloves off
Not even close
Kendrick has NEVER had an album this divisive
Lol what
i love lupe but he isnt political enough. Like, imagine somebody doing it on pac level
Truth
