Hes making one with the southpark fellas
after this album, I'm more interested than ever ngl.
Is it just me or doe these conscious, lyrical rappers Jay E, Lupe Fiasco, and Kendrick really seem to be heavily into white chicks lol
it aint limited to rap either
this the nigga that made "Get Out"![]()
The cover makes sense now.. Kendrick showed us his family because this is his most personal album yet.
I thought to be a Christian you just had to believe in Christianity. I didn’t know your Christian license got revoked for being an unfair businessman.
Only god can judge
Itll be interesting to see where he goes after this. This album felt like a goodbye in some ways. Is he leaving it behind or is this just the next era?
wonder if kendrick gonna make films
makes sense way he tries to express through different characters
I’ve heard a track like Die Hard before, I just can’t put my finger on it
Some of BP has tracks like it
I’m sorry if it brings up trauma but it triggering you doesn’t make it a bad song or distasteful. It’s a song about his journey to understanding and acceptance of his uncle despite the stigma. It’s in no way to frame him as a good guy but it’s his perspective and it’s a perspective a lot of people will relate too in that the concept was so new to us that it took a while to really understand. The f word was thrown around so casually nobody knew how much it would actually hurt people.
The song won’t change the world or nothing but it’s a good example of someone coming from a spot that’s not accepting of trans stuff and how he personally came to understand it. It won’t get us to where you want us to be but it could help bridge that gap moreso than pandering or doing everything the politically correct way. He’s sharing a very real and pretty relatable perspective for most people and it’s genuinely possible it helps a few people come to understand trans s*** more than before.
The entire song comes down to Kendrick doing this

He literally talked about his aunt coming out as trans and getting molested I’ve never had two rap songs about that topic ever let alone from a rapper this big
he masked it up in dense messaging or said nothing really about those things imo. theyre just there in name
Milfs are just so
