having a "cool" black president seemed like a hopeful time for America, and "morale" was high, despite the continuation of American atrocities both domestic and abroadā kinda like how Kenny re-entering the fold after 5 years is a moment of hope, pride for the "culture", which he addresses as a sorry state of affairs in The Heart part Vā despite his position as ruler of said culture, it's still materialistic and violent which the audience/culture/America will overlook if the spirits are high enough. and the Big Steppers are shooters whether they be pirus or the military-industrial complex. Just did another listen and the parts of the song conciding with Will, Ye, Kobe and ofc Nip make at least some sense but I'm struggling a bit with OJ and Jussie Smollett

Just seems like heās rapping from their perspective, he mentions witness protection which I thought Jussie was in but not sure, need to unpack the track more but amazing track.
