like when "the culture" is made up of divisive and negative behaviors how is it really fair to single out any one person in the culture as somehow totally out of line with the rest of us when everyone who participates in the culture is complicit in keeping it alive and keeping that community negativity going
which is different than saying "it's not their fault" or "they didn't do anything wrong" (as established by him saying that even if nipsey forgave his killer, the killer's soul was still in question/he would still consequences)
its not about dodging blame or responsibility, its about acknowledging where responsibility really lies and what coming to terms with that would really mean
