Really love Fincher's clean style with this type of investigative crime narrative

feels like a really long episode of CSI but doesn't feel like 2.5 hours

was so smacked off pills and beer on the flight and woke up and watched this, went back to sleep after. that polanski roofie effect

literally all i've watched are probably 4 or better bar oliver twist and fearless vampire killers

Crazy how i used to love this movie years ago. Watched it again last night and didn't find the dialogue to be nearly as enjoyable and thought the way the plot progressed and some of the characterizations was not very interesting imo. Giving how promising the movie starts....

That being said, on paper this movie is like a dream, especially as somone who loves neo-noir and coming of age movies. Despite being low budget, It looks and sounds amazing with a pretty unique mood. + JGL is perfect for the role

I like Tenant more than Repulsion ngl. Adjani
