Solid war film.
Incredible acting by Andrew Garfield
Mel Gibson did a great job directing this film. Never knew he was a director tbh... always thought he was just a actor... I should probably watch Braveheart next 😅
Pusher (1996) by Nicolás Winding Refn

seen this recommended a lot as a gritty crime drama but I was pretty underwhelmed. I liked the guerilla style filmmaking and characters enough but the story was kinda generic and boring and I spent the whole movie waiting for it to get crazier. lost a lot of steam once Mads Mikkelsen was out of the picture. ending was disappointing too. not sure I'll watch the rest of the trilogy unless somebody tells me the next two films are better than the first

The next two are much better than the first tbh I just watched the trilogy a couple of weeks ago. If you feel like it lost it’s steam once Mads left then you’ll love the second it’s all about his character Tonny

word, I'll probably check out the second one then
Oldboy. 5.5/10. Wasn't as good as I anticipated. Thought the storyline was a bit over the top

Facts hopefully you like it, my fav out of the three is the third one but I gotta do a re watch... the character development on Tonny from pusher 1 to Pusher 2>>

funny games (1997) 4/5

did you watch the white ppl version?
I'm Still Here was pretty bad overall, but the Letterman interview (and the whole persona they created for the film) was great
