Felt like a film youd see from a lotta of current indie directors but it came out in 99 and the cinematography is so 🔥

Just got around to seeing this, I’m stunned at how they pulled this off in the 40s. Super imaginative, creative with beautiful colours & staging. Loved the story too.

Just felt the trial was a tad bit too long

I saw opera recently i liked that one though, the loud trashy rock playing during the kills was really fun

and yeah def Bava is amazing, love many of his films

haven't seen quite place in the country yet, i'll def mix that one in with the other couple giallos i'm watching tomorrow
