Straight Outta Compton

Been wanting to watch this movie for a long time and finally got the chance to last night. Made me learn more about NWA's come-up and tbh it helped me appreciate west coast hip hop more. Sad scenes in the movie (Dre's brother and E-Eazy dying) hit me hard ngl, haven't felt this emotional in a movie for a while.

I'll give it 9/10

Wow what a movie, Saoirse its definitely one of the best actors out today, havent seen a bad performance yet, almost cried like 3 times

First off, really loved the camerawork. Beautiful looking film. Both funny and sadistic, and sometimes at the same time (the use of the breasts is a good example). Performances are top tier, and of course the direction is exquisite.

Movie was so good. I've seen alot of films overhauled as dark and gritty and hopeless but this really delivers

Pretty ok movie, could've been better but still nice, Jennifer's performances was really good
The camera work in some parts tho, awful, it actually gave me kind of a headache lol
