Sawayama by Rina Sawayama: Comme Des Garçons slapped. A lot of potential. She has an ear for nostalgia and big moments. Lyrics brought it down 6/10

Fetch The Bolt Cutters by Fiona Apple: Shameika and the title track are my faves. 8/10

Exeter by Bladee: lmaoooooo 2/10

Always gives me that feeling like when I first heard Burial Untrue

I'm a big fan of Untrue one of those albums I'll always love and play anywhere

Pretty good album Gambino tried a lot of things there, I especially liked his hooks and singing, I feel like his writing is down to earth and match the character he was going for well

Not all of these songs hit, they either sound dated now or are ambitious songs that didn’t do it for me

I want to add that I think it’s his best era, he made great videos, and the screenplay and short movie was cool for the fans (never read/watched)

Just put this on my way to work and I was vibing, I really like the sound and I think it’s his most creative work

If it was mixed and mastered and had a cover and song titles, I think I’d like it more

I do like that he was trying to be more intimate and I think it worked

I like the heavy Prince / OutKast influence
