Yeah that effect they used throughout the movie was weird but ig it was a directors choice. Didn’t work for me tho. Just made me think of early 2000s movies

I only ever seen the first one tho I don’t think I’ll truly be able to appreciate it

I mean, the original trilogy (actual 2000s movies) didn't have that s***, that's some amateur level vfx here

It definitely doesn’t rely on knowing reloaded and revolutions to the point where you wouldn’t see the value but get you

Movie got a 70% on rotten tomatoes not a 97% and the sequels even lower we wasn’t crazy hyped in here at that point

If you haven't watched the other 2 you shouldn't even bother, it's just not a good movie.

I only watched it because I'm a matrix stan, but otherwise I wouldn't have gone near it.

We had already lowered are expectations when we saw certain people not back then set realistic expectations

I expected garbage and it was somehow worse
