Dune didn’t get a 4/10 but it did get called emotionless this isn’t a ducking competition against dune . You are a grown man . You can like both . You can like one. You can like neither they are entirely different

When dune came out I said “ I’m happy it did well “ the whole time I joked it would be a nap classic and to me the first hour was bland . But if y’all loved every minute I’m happy did you . Timothee chalamet main character and he did nothing for me all movie if his performance wowed you and you felt connected that’s great

This thread is my BVS. The conflicts don’t entirely make sense, there’s some underdeveloped characters, it’s too long, some things have been cut out (Backlava deleting posts) but it has heart and I’m glad it exists
