if you think about it , the matrix trilogy as a videogame would make a lot of sense and would explain why neo has powers outside the matrix, because that was still the videogame he created

so the same neo who creates the videogames, is the same neo that believes he saved Zion at the end of matrix revolutions, then the machines reinsert him in a new version the matrix and he proceeds to create the matrix videogame inside it

so this is all an infinite loop - the matrix is created, a chosen one appears , smith destroys the matrix , neo is reinserted in a new matrix and creates the old matrix inside that matrix
