i used to dread the idea of lana over stripped down instrumentation and dropping the cinematic production altogether, but here we are and i'm loving every bit of it. it just makes her songwriting and vocals stand out more and it's for all the better!

Lust for Life and Norman F***ing Rockwell made me see how talented of a writer she really is tbh. she not only sounds beautiful but Lana got bars on the low

Real af for mentioning LFL. That's by far her most underrated album. I like to view it as the spiritual successor of Born to Die.
