What is it lol
hold on the account said it was a fake screenshot lol false alarm
@Teal_
musically it's good but some of the lyrics uhhhhh are "interesting" lol also, some of her fans need to accept that we aren't getting anything bombastic or ultra cinematic anymore. this stripped down approach is what lana is finding comfort it and she's doing a hell of a job with it . i love this girl
@MrIndigo96 Ultraviolence is also my fav Lana album. I like to think of this as her Sam's Town. In the sense that it's a grower album that eventually became a cult classic.

she really elevated her sound with that album
but i could see the new direction rubbing people the wrong way initially

they'll get over it just like i did when NFR dropped. I thought the entire album was gonna sound like the singles and was expecting some folky psychedlia masterpiece . boy was i upset
Teal about to make me binge Lana today
i used to dread the idea of lana over stripped down instrumentation and dropping the cinematic production altogether, but here we are and i'm loving every bit of it.
it just makes her songwriting and vocals stand out more and it's for all the better!

i went from thinking she was a one album wonder to it being my fav album of hers

Lust for Life and Norman F***ing Rockwell made me see how talented of a writer she really is tbh. she not only sounds beautiful but Lana got bars on the low

Lana Del Rey will continue to make skeptics believers! she's been at it for close to a decade now

she's been painting masterpieces lyrically as of late

Real af for mentioning LFL. That's by far her most underrated album. I like to view it as the spiritual successor of Born to Die.
what's some of y'all least favorite Lana songs?
Whole second half of that last album lol
I still bump like 4 tracks a lot.
Lust For Life has been getting the most play out of all her albums lately. Cherry >>>

damn
I think Yosemite is amazing and Dance Till We Die is really sweet lyrically. I can see the production being a drag to some on that one tho

Yeah, I like it. I've been trying to keep it recent, but that last album is so hard to listen to after the first half.
