How to proper comment the scenes, while describing the actions and what happens each scene

It can be narratively told?
Or just it have to be just minutely described?

I prefer keeping scene description simple and to the point.

“Jason storms into the house, slamming the door behind him.”

I’d suggest reading some screenplays of some of your favorite movies and seeing how they wrote it. And then you can pick and choose what style you prefer. Someone like Tarantino is really wordy and writes big paragraphs for his scene descriptions. Whereas someone like Dan Gilroy is real simple and doesn’t like writing paragraphs.

I just want to say that i'm a music producer (primarily hip hop and r&b) but would love to get into film composing so if anybody has a short film or anything, would love the chance to practice.

Tried my hand at a few contests this year. 1 short film script contest and 1 full length. I went 0/2 which means I have more work to do but I won’t let that keep me down. It was never gonna happen fast and I haven’t been doing it very long. I’ll keep writing

Luckily, I’ve joined a group where I can get peer reviews from accomplished writers so I can get a better view on what areas I can improve on
