We have to. The 80's and 90's were radically different from each other and you have the upper hand in almost every scenario outside of the big two. I understand where you're coming from but I can't think of it as "essential to the 80's" because if that was the case, I'd play Freddie Jackson and Anita Baker and they'd also get ate up.
