dundisinsomnia (still have, it's better now though). i just started to make it a habit to go to bed regardless if i feel like im tired or not
it was also a remnant of my speed abuse days (i quit june 2022). i would tweak and not go to sleep
i'd even take 2 ambiens and not sleep 
man im having the same problem. i be up the whole night binging shows or watching movies. Melatonin dont even work on me
