i actually don’t think so. i’ve read just about every damn Prestige theory in relation to it and Jay so i think it’s always just been more of a concept project he was working towards. if he was gonna release Act 2 as planned even 2010-2012 i feel like there probably always would’ve been a long wait for Act 3 regardless if it ever came
