Wouldn't exclude the possibility of more songs and maybe even some cuts tbh. Who knows if everything on here was really finished. And everyone who heard the album said there were many more songs. This was just one version of the album. I see it more as a coincidence it's virtually the same one he announced in 2012

The sample tweet was deleted because they need to make it seem as if this is official to get ppl to sub to Tidal. There's good reasons for them to put the leak up, which is to take control of what's theirs. And take advantage of the hype mostly. Whether it's really a smart decision we will see when the lawsuits come rolling in
