Artists are not usually that technical. He hasn't got the team around him he had back then.
He is relying on the team currently around him and a tech team from Tidal to do the best they can under the circumstances.

tippyif Pitchfork can give Bait Ones a 8.9 then I don’t see why they’d complain about this thing being unmastered, especially since they’re referring to it as a “lost album”
Bait ones is a way more finished product relatively speaking and we had the luxury of receiving it as is with no other previous form of context. Nearly half of this record has actually been out already and we’re receiving it within the context of knowing it’s not finished. I’m not saying it’s not an amazing project just that the circumstances are different
