For it to be a leak it would have to be released without Jay Electronicas permission which is obviously not true and on top of that your assuming Jay Electronica was the owner of the song which you have no way of knowing. Basically The Bullits released a song that was at some point going to be on Jay Electronicas album and Jay Electronica has no problem with it. That's not a leak.
