you have to be w*ite theres no way you are this entitled to the point you expect jay z and jay e to put out a high quality version of this for you to enjoy on ur nerd ass audiophile set up
like listen to yourself lmfao
Hopefully this is a sign to labels to just let artists release s*** how they please. Let them be in control of the product they created. Not everything has to be marketed to everybody. The people who like it will listen and from there word of mouth comes into play.
I have no idea how they didn't think it would perform well if released back in 2012.
Honestly I'm fairly sure that in any case it wasn't the whole truth. Maybe Roc Nation wasn't completely happy but I think Jay was definitely involved in holding it back because he also wasn't happy with it yet
those skullcandy earbuds that would break after 3 days
classic!!

I'm inclined to think it was much more of Jay

yeah besides that, 2012 was the year of kendrick and j. cole hype so that lyrical, introspective type s*** that jay does would've caught on really well

im 22 years old im just not an entitled brat that demands a higher quality version of an album people just ILLEGALLY acquired
those skullcandy earbuds that would break after 3 days
Horrible time. But we made it through and are stronger because of it

this like asking for higher quality snippets of unreleased music on instagram live lol, also someone just released a fan-made remaster @Oblivion99 so it's there if you want it
Crazy how this wasn't marketable but TPAB supposedly was
contrary to popular belief TPAB actually has hooks, great mixing, and somewhat normal song structures lol
One thing about Jay is he is super humble fr
When he played a letter to Falon live in Detroit he was mad surprised ppl had even heard it before
Bro don’t know how much love we got for him
im 22 years old im just not an entitled brat that demands a higher quality version of an album people just ILLEGALLY acquired
nothing entitled about hoping Jay E or Jay Z can see the attention this leak is getting and deciding it is marketable enough to put out an actual version of this
You weird as s***
Man was still getting high praise often back then, Act II would've very easily solidified his place in hip-hop. Hip-hop scene could've looked real different had Jay Electronica been able to take over with the album.
Easily! I really don’t understand the logic behind that cause during that time albums like this were really in. Maybe today it would have been like w/e but this definitely would have been one of the many gems that year and during that era
