goretexyall expecting a fully mixed and mastered project.... for a project that had to be group bought to release..... an unfinished album that jay e had no intention of releasing. thats like me ordering a sample pair of jordans and being mad there isnt a proper box for them

Honestly I'm fairly sure that in any case it wasn't the whole truth. Maybe Roc Nation wasn't completely happy but I think Jay was definitely involved in holding it back because he also wasn't happy with it yet

Easily! I really don’t understand the logic behind that cause during that time albums like this were really in. Maybe today it would have been like w/e but this definitely would have been one of the many gems that year and during that era
