mr get doughThat’s honestly not true, them last 2 bsk albums were my biggest passion project. The whole concept I feel like got kinda lost but if you listen to both disc together it tells a story about how the black creative is pushed to insanity or even death. The character Maggie was heavily based on my grandmother so it was just a real personal piece for me Im glad we ended on that
I made a lot of this tape in my free time while making those albums, i think its just so much easier to get s*** done when ur just cooking up solo
I can respect that. I’ll just say this project resonated more with me tbh

Love how it flowed and that you kept a loose narrative throughout it, had some of the same vocal samples in most of the tracks. Really felt like an album and not just some songs thrown together.The beats were soulful af and def took me back, felt like it was made for the kids who grew up on forums like this in 2012, deadass got emotional when I was listening to this.
I f***ed with the whole thing but my favs were Escapism II, Dr Einstein and Rainy Days//Spiritz.
