been actually planning writing a guide for this one hipster artist, i gotta pull my attention span together first

But basically, the world has been living in fear since the dawn of the nuclear age, and this fear can be seen in our media and art. While at the same time we are a reflection of what we consume. This fear has created an imbalance between light/dark.

So we enjoy our arts which are influenced by this fear, and artist are influenced by this same art. So when they make art, they’re influenced by the previous art and then make something even darker. Then this darker art is the influence for the next generation and the trend continues.

Now this next generation isn’t even growin up on music videos. They’re on tiktok and twitch.
