I watched Blow Out for the first time like a month back. S*** was big trash

Blow Out, Dressed to Kill and Body Double were my first De Palma films and I watched them over the weekend. Incredible

That dramatic sequence w the fireworks took me all the way out 😬 I didn’t really care for Dressed to Kill either, which I watched close to Blow Out, so maybe the De Palma touch just ain’t really for me 🤷🏾‍♂️ I like some of the stylized in-your-face technique, but that’s the only positive thing I can say

Nobody I know is into movies and I basically only watch Horror movies bc they are my favorite genre

I wanted to become almost an expert in horror before I branch out to other genres. I like the way I’m watching movies bc there are countless movies and genres I haven’t even tapped into yet and it’s super exciting knowing all the classics I haven’t seen
