i’m scared because i always read that suicide doesn’t happen when ur too low or too angry but when it’s that perfect balance

i’ve always abused substances and cut for as long as i could remember but now it’s getting scary

i’m nowhere near as sad or angry as i was in my youth, but i feel a lot more brave in my addictions if that makes sense? it’s almost like consciously “i feel fine” but my actions say the complete opposite.
not even my first time since i moved to europe where i had to have someone watch me as i sleep bc i was scared i was gonna od off some opioids i mixed

s*** is a bad situation i need help fr before it’s too late bht i can’t get therapy until i’m back in the states sadly

I don't advocate corporal punishment, but parents these days really are soft as s*** and have no boundaries. So much of these parent's self-worth is tied to whether their kids are always "happy" or if they "like them" or want to be their "friend".

They are raising irresponsible adults that won't be prepared for the real world.

It's a very clear difference between child abuse and spanking, or smacking a child's hand.

I ain't gonna tell people how to raise their kids, every child responds differently to different forms of child rearing/discipline. But looking forward to having kids so you can beat them with a belt if/when they do wrong is weird. Especially since that ain't never stopped kids from doing s*** they shouldn't.
