Yes. The implications of this are actually horrible. If a Dem or whoever is ever president again, they will absolutely not be able to get any real legislation passed unless it's some s*** that helps some corporate donor. They'll go from doing whatever the president says, to putting their ideas under a microscope and saying no because they're not a Heritage Foundation fundamentalist.

This SCOTUS will be need to be replaced entirely if this country has any hope of changing for the better.
