I’m feeling political fatigue right now. The world is crazy. This administration is corrupt. Socials are so energized with negativity and misinformation. This sucks

I got out of my news producing contract this year and have mostly tuned out of politics besides this thread.

I dont recommend it for everyone because if we all ignore it then the problem marinate and grows.

But if youre feeling this fatigue and that the world is ending, just force yourself to stay away from news and social media altogether for a couple weeks. It helps. Just to see life for what it is in a simplistic way and not all the macro events happening in the background can be a real palette cleanser.

I hate the feeling of being responsible enough to at least be aware but there isn’t a piece of news that is put out that isn’t sensationalized to the 10s and it’s really exhausting. Think I may just do a break from twitter for a few days bro
