Neo liberals and keyboard leftists kept talking in big words whike talking down to the majority of Americans who didn't give af about anything except themselves. The messaging was never going to get through.
It's a communication problem
Completely correct. One of my biggest problems with the left. They dont know how to meet in the middle intellectually speaking and put things in relatable jargon.

Anytime I feel like a leftist somewhat successfully manages to do so they only seem to get railed on by other leftists who’ll claim they’re grifters/too bro-coded/libs etc.
Like, to the average, uninformed American, you probably give off the same vibes as a Ben Shapiro.

you had two right wing neoliberal parties, one of which gave lip service towards social issues without any material support. There was never any leftist option

I don't agree with the fact that they don't provide material support to their issues. Its obvious they make an effort where they could
People use that as cope to deal with the fact that actually the majority of the country or nearly half do not agree with their ideas , and when their policies mainly rely on funding/appropriations its impossible to get anything through congress

Lot of 'anyone to the right of me is an enemy without looking at the wider view' online, including itt

there “effort” was conducted within a electoral system they knew worked against them and there were many times Biden “reached across the aisle” and either subverted strikes or allowed student loans to get boondoggled in congress or practically adopting the entire rhetoric of republicans on immigration during the fake “border crisis” last year just so there could be bipartisan agreement on funding for Ukraine, Taiwan, Israel
But if you can, what are some actual substantial, tangible and long lasting policies or reforms did Democrats do that aren’t just temporary measures or half ass bandaids than can get removed next term
The whole precipe of the past few election cycles have been the entire Dem bases being sold hope about how X,y,z needs to be protected from Trump or that they really wanted to do this but can’t, instead of just forcing through s*** like Republicans, undemocratic primaries for two election cycles, a whole litany of problems to the point where many are either disillusioned or moving on to other options because they either see the Democrats and controlled opposition or incompetent
You can’t change any of this and this is precisely why the party is where it is right now.
Not because they just tried their best and republicans just did the good ole game of politics better or X amount of Americans “didn’t see the vision” and failed the democrats at the ballot box

how about the 235 judges they appointed, one of whom was the single thing that blocked Trump from illegally shutting down the government yesterday
“Now we know that, you know, we should not be giving Black people the same vaccine schedule that’s given to Whites, because their immune system is better than ours,” Kennedy said.
Insanity
not that I don't believe you, but this is crazy
is there a source?
EDIT: nvm, it's from a Washington Post article behind a paywall
thats because youre an antisocial dipshit
What ever you b****. Think you're right about everything (which you clearly aren't)

Pretty sure he said that during the confirmation hearing today.
Kamala thought abortion and laughing it up with Liz Cheney would be enough to get white republican women to vote for her.
She risked the future of the country by appealing to voters that were already locked in with Trump instead of activating her own base.
But I guess, it’s America’s fault right?
I mean yeah. If you thought that Trump was better than Kamala that's on you. Kamala basically had to be perfect while Trump could do whatever the f he wanted
Between the two she was clearly the lesser evil
What ever you b****. Think you're right about everything (which you clearly aren't)
grrr angry man has to call woman b****es bc he's an intellectual midget grrr 😠😠
Politics isn't sports. 'Needing' to be mobilized is childish when the suffering of millions is the other choice
politic is very much like a sport where u win by bringing benefits to ur interest groups over the oppositions, democrats poltical tactic of reaching over the fence is a total failure, there are moments and conditions where u should compromise but making a virtue out of it is just stupidity

regular people don't accept "lesser evil", a lesson smug liberal dipshits refuse to learn so ofc the cope is that everyone is just dumb compared to them, the enlightened few who truly understand reformism. its antisocial loser s***.

trump doesn't really materially do anything, most of the things he does are just messing s*** up in executive branch and that stuff gets blocked by judges even the ones he appointed. a lot of leftist bend over backwards to give him credit and fall for his headlines
This whole funding freeze thing is straight up illegal and will never make it past court . You cant get medicare expansion or a minimum wage through executive orders Its not realistic . a lot of people dont wanna deal with the fact that most ppl are conservatives here at heart

so where did I say Trump did anything to benefit the working class? All presidents “do stuff” the context is always of course within whether it benefits the working class from me and your perspective
Again, the rest of your comment confirms what I just said
you had two right wing neoliberal parties, one of which gave lip service towards social issues without any material support. There was never any leftist option
Of course. I use "left" in terms of US politics in the way its used by pretty much everyone these days.
Imo there is no real left in mainstream US politics
you just know all these journos are mad friendly in the elevator in the morning, every outlet is having a blast rn

grrr angry man has to call woman b****es bc he's an intellectual midget grrr 😠😠

if youre calling millions of people stupid for sitting out an election, which in a democracy they had every right to do, yes I'm going to call you an antisocial dipshit. go suck up to america's genocidaires somewhere else, nobody owes these politicians s***.
