Kamala thought abortion and laughing it up with Liz Cheney would be enough to get white republican women to vote for her.

She risked the future of the country by appealing to voters that were already locked in with Trump instead of activating her own base.

    But I guess, it’s America’s fault right?

I mean it literally is America’s fault

    Choking

cause elections aren’t about standards and are about mobilizing ur base and trying to win new voters which democrats did terrible with both, u don’t get sympathy for being politically incompetent

And now the country gets no sympathy for the s*** that's about to go down

Americans also don’t get sympathy for being too emotional (like always) and not paying attention to policy…

The majority of people who voted here voted for him? It wasn’t a coup. Kamala ran an awful campaign, yes - doesn’t discount the fact his supporters elected him in. Fairly and without incident. There’s no way you can absolve this country of re-electing the guy who increased the legal limit of how radioactive our tap water can be. People made their choice. I didn’t vote, I made my choice, so I have my part in it too. The vast population participates even if we don’t. It’s America’s fault

Kamala is not entitled to votes. She has to earn them. The responsibility lies on her. Like you said it was an awful and uninspiring campaign. Could’ve easily went a different way had the Democrats made the right promises and ran on the right policies. No one forced her to run on genocide. No one forced her to choose Liz Cheney instead of Bernie. The fault lies with Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.

That's one way to view it.

I see it as America is so stupid they voted in a convicted criminal

I would agree if trump’s votes were marginally higher than 2020 but they weren’t. Kamala got less votes than Hilary and Biden, especially in blue states. She almost f***ing lost Virginia I generally think trump won because Kamala’s performance was weak.

Real talk, are we gonna even have a “functioning” government by the time the mid-terms roll around, never mind even thinking of 2028.

Kamala did run an awful campaign, nearly on par with Clinton’s 2016 campaign.

Trump though ran probably the most catastrophic campaign I’ve ever seen though, and enough people went “Yeah, I want some of THAT.”.

I get bernie sanders sentiment of making tim walz her VP but bro is too OP to be a vice president.

Shouldve been the primary candidate. That trump is weird s*** was genuinely catching on but kamala was too busy being a cop at the rallies. Then him shutting up let all those bullshit china rumors running wild and effectively neutered him.

    So frustrating.
