this isn't really a secret nor is some type of hidden language, repealing the civil rights act has very literally been the coordinated goal of the entirety of the "new right". the only other collective cause from the american right that has had any sort of multi-decade and organizational planning was Roe v Wade repeal.
The issue with many of these libs on twitter is they act like they are privvy to some kind of conspiracy that is being dogwhistled and it is their job to find out the truth through internet interactions, snark, and social media hysteria. the reality is that this is not in any way any sort of secret and 90% of the new right is extremely open about this, has tons of writing as to their reasoning, and communicate this regularly.
pearl clutching hysterically to try to extrapolate additional meaning from stupid internet s*** when they have all the resources and access in the world to be able to post full on screenshots of these peoples' editorials saying "we want to repeal the CRA and here's why" and dissect and signal to it is more damaging to their credibility and innate ability to do or get anything done than anything else. these people are legitimately so stupid it is insane
