Bill was already flanderized halfway into the OG show. The character building and backstory was only really shown in the traditional non-digital animation. When they made the switch to digital, Bill was already going into that direction.

ended up finishing the season already and it was honestly great, definitely worth the wait

took a second to really get rolling but once it did i was vibing with it, i loved the last few episodes the most

funny af but heartwarming when it wants to be and i love seeing the growth in hank and the stuff with bobby and connie ended up being the real draw for me

dale’s voice was rough when it was jumping between 2 VAs but when it settles into only the new guy by the end you get used to it

Joseph was silently the real standout this season too

his garbage disguise and saying he’s the only white guy at work

definitely can’t wait for a next season

They definitely leave things open to keep growing in a next season and with how much praise it’s gotten so far and the marketing Id be surprised if it didn’t or they didn’t silently order 2 seasons

plus there were storyboard leaks and some of them didn’t even end up in this season

Watched the first two eps and I’m really enjoying it so far. Interesting to see them in the modern world, yet it’s still got the same old KOTH charm

Hulu usually orders 20 episodes that they split into 2 seasons so we might end up with at least 4 seasons if it gets renewed once

yeah, i know, which is why i expected it but i was hoping with the show going back to its roots they would change it

I remember rumors that this was originally 15 years later and with Hanks brother being a teenager in this I guess it was true
