KabelJust got back. So good. The music is so perfectly chosen. Hearing the sound through theatre speakers is totally different than at home.
I can see why they cut that anime sequence though. That was full blown anime nonsense lmao. As cool as it was.
Liked the small little additions scenes throughout or extended moments.
The "?" over Elle's name at the end was surprising. I've never seen it be referenced whether she was alive or not.
We also got a cool poster when we left!

The long establishing shots of the layout of the house of blue leaves leading up to the action sequence
And then like 3 action sequences in a row and every single one is an all timer:
The Gogo mini boss fight
The crazy 88 fight

You’re not overreacting. There’s nothing like it
10 perfect chapters all with a unique vibe and structure. Some of the best choreography in action but also really emotionally effective dialogue and all timer performances from Uma and Carradine
