Cudi tweeted the date before anyone announced Juices project
Ok. Thought he announced it today. I don't follow Cudi a lot these days.
End Of Day is one of my favorite albums of all time though. And I also love KSG.
what are the odds Juice has an Em collab on there too?
It would be nice. We will see.
Not really a fan of his projects, but I always like a couple songs from them. The single with Halsey is nice.
Wait, we have to care about real issues in a music forum now? Didn't know that. I thought people came here to disconect from the real world and just talk music.
And KTT hates Em, it's not an opinion, it's a fact. It sucks seeing so many people just go in threads to hate so they can get quotes/likes. If you don't care or want it, why the hell do u go in that thread. People are so toxic.
My issue was you seem to be adamant in pointing out this toxicity whilst brushing over his repulsive fan base that drove him away from hip hop to go pop-rap.

Eh no one wanted Em to go pop rap. That's the last thing his fans want.
Let me remind you that pop features killed Revival as soon as the tracklist leaked. Before even hearing the album.

By going pop rap i meant his fans trashing relapse then caping for every pop rap release afterwards because it did numbers (recovery etc)
Pop-rap/ excessive rock allure whatever you want to call it
He even put kendrick lamar on a song with a pop catering sample.
Also there were stans definitely caping for Revival (amidst the backlash). Some stans defended the track list because we hadn't heard it yet, Joe (Budden) got killed for his takes by some.
I've seen a cycle for quite a few releases now it
:
first, public criticism, people are on the fence or trash the album, then the stans can't take the criticism anymore and a couple of them voice their opinion that's it's not that bad.
As time goes on, people revisit and suddeleny realize that's it's okay.
When the next release comes out, the previous one is good in comparison.
People hating but one of Cudis bwst beats ever was done by Em and its said that Em had a verse on it but sent it too late so it didnt end up on it. Verse was supposed to be fire

First, I loved Relapse and Recovery from day 1, two very different projects, one is more rap and childish, and the other one is more mature and pop (radio and tour friendly since it's less immature).
Didn't like MMLP2 much, and gave both his last two albums a 6/10 since I was disappointed by them.
What you're discribing is clean Em being insecure as f***.
This woulda been dope 12 years ago
When he was d***ged out as s***.. yeah eight lmao

huh
Cudi got so much going for him why does he feel the need to do this
The Scotts went number 1 because of Fornite. I guess he wants another hit (even though Em doesn't chart high anymore)

I'm not talking about you specifically
I'm talking about some of his fans that enable his insecurity by attacking those (even die hard fans) that dare to critique his output.
the stereotypes they embody sometimes is enough to make someone avoid them all together online/irl, their forum (that's dead nowadays, therealshady or something) allowed the n word with the hard r(and people on there used it too), their yt comments show that they're out of touch with the culture (they proudly only listen to him) and it's no coincidence his reddit following is quite large
Mix that with the quality and direction of his sound lately and you should get why ktt doesn't os quick to clown him.
Don’t really get what my avy has to do with this, almost have it for 10 years. Really made your point with that one
I’ll wait for the song to drop before buzzing to much. But I would be more hyped for a new solo track
Ok but what does that have to do with you claiming cudi is going in a questionable direction when he had a song over an em beat when he was just getting started...

Every big fanbase has toxic people. We see it here all the time, not just with Em's.
Em just happens to have one of the biggest, not just in the US, in the whole world. So he obviously has all types of fans.
I don't get how leaving lots of toxic messages on Em's threads helps tho. Or Drake threads, or Ye's,....
did anyone else completely forget eminem even dropped a album this year
It came and went. Only Godzilla stayed around for a moment.
He didn't even leave his house to promote it though. And it was a surprise album again.

True, but his fan base has a unique branch of toxic in hip hop, racisme
Which is quite new, and unique to him
we don't see white rappers before or after him dealing with that issue
Eminem introduced us (hip hop) to stanning (only caring about your favorite artist not the genre/culture of said artist) , other greats from his era don't have fans that don't only listen to them and put down other rappers
and yes, he's a big artist so that loud minority gets singled out alot.
