KTT1 supporting cudi after 2013?

They fw’d him for a short period of time in between 2018-2020 back when kanye was cool with him lol

I already knew that would be short lived they break up with each other every 2 years lol
Cudi always had a waning fanbase when he gets into his singing/alt indie bag.
It's a good album though. At least this is better than speeding bullet to heaven

Lil Tecca leagues bigger than Cudi in 2025 s*** breaks my heart
tecca def botting
PPDS was such a masterpiece, what happened man
By Design and Rose Golden still the two best songs he's released from then until now. Only ones I still go back to compared to his recent output
Rare example of an artist who listened to fans too much and destroyed his career
Started humming on every song because of the memes
Started rapping more and singing less because fans pretended to like his garbage verses
Let the ignorant zoomer narrative that he was the first rapper to sing and be sad get to his head
Started copying awful new gen rappers that fans said were his "sons"
Convinced himself he was the voice of the youth at 60 years old
I think this is unfair. Like I get where you’re coming from but I think getting that sudden surge of attention in 2018 with a whole new rap fanbase, while coming off mental struggles, made it difficult for him to find where he fit in. And maybe he did let some of the narratives get to him but Cudi’s worst crime isn’t bad music, it’s just coming off uncool. Cudi is really The Beach Boys of hip hop now with this career arc.
me, an SLP denim owner, dunking on you, no slp haver

Give it a rest nerd
The streaming numbers are astoundingly low for an artist of his legacy status. It's really just that no one cared about this album. Who is it for? The singles were some of the worst and most pandering songs he has literally ever released. At least when he failed in the past they were risky bold failures.
His career has been slipping for a while. MOTM3 was a great album but people mostly weren't listening. The subsequent tour I believe was canceled for low sales right? Then there was heckling at that one festival and he left? Plus that other time he got turned into a meme for breaking his ankle? Dude cannot catch a break

His verses used to be fire
He literally just fell off naturally like how an old man dies naturally
Also didn’t he have a stroke that made his voice kinda suck and his singing voice less dope?
Imagine pretending to like his rap verses on s*** like Cudi Zone , the nigga just had it
Idk what happened but I don’t think it was as many willing missteps, I think he’s just one of the most human artists we have, and they make what they like based off the point they’re at in their lives and when u approach art in that way not everyone is going to like everything u do
Glad I stopped listening after motm2
why lmao
nah i cant listen to this the first week sales were too low
