Ummmm 10 years ago in his prime an uhhh years later teased
Hmmmmmmm how could this be true, math not adding up here
Goofy mf mane
Tbf SB2H era he said there was no motm 2 tho
that’s over a decade ago homie
You mentioned his whole discography. But you’d rather be dramatic and hate on a fella for no reason
Every single Cudi album except KSG has skips. KSG is his only classic. Deal with it

firstly, music is subjective and classic art would be generally defined as a piece with a standard of excellence, historically memorable.
Its plenty of classic albums with songs that are skippable imo but Cudi’s cultural impact cannot be glossed over.
including what he did for 808s & Heartbreak, what he did for blog rap/mixtape rap, and for the influence he had on the kids.
A lot of the generations after his peak cite Cudi as a major influence: Juice, Uzi, Trav, Rocky, Kendrick.

He’s definitely influential and a legend but he doesn’t have a classic solo album a la MBDTF or Illmatic.
you need a certain level of hoe repelling skills to appreciate Cudi's music

Cudi has fewer than 10 good songs in his whole discography and for his whole career has coasted off of the fame garnered from his early hits a decade ago

How did this ever get so much likes
He literally dropped MOTM series and Passion Pain & Demon Slaying
Thats a whole lot more than 10 songs
We should collectively admit that KSG was way overhyped and is closer to mid than a classic regardless of what Fantano thinks
Nah, We should collectively not give a s*** about what you have to say.
That 10 songs part is BS, I loved MOTM MOTM2 & Indicud but I do believed he’s skated off that ever since
I swear Cudi's haters like @op are his biggest stans, because these niggas feel the need to s*** on him and make their opinion feel important and abover others about him to cover up the fact that they have secret fetish towards this man.
How you this bothered by a dude you don't like and his music that you feel like you need to make a thread about it like some Gossip Ho.
Lmfao these niggas are acting like they're his ex girlfriends.

this is a crazy take
obviously his music isn't for everybody but I would hardly call someone 'dogshit' at their profession after being fairly successful for almost 15 years. even through battling d*** addiction and depression.
I'm a Cudi fan but as years go by i'm not really as hype for his new releases because he puts himself in a bit of a box nowadays. MOTM3 was underwhelming but PPDS was really incredible. Haven't checked out his new album yet and plan to in a little while.
I will slightly agree that he rested on his laurels too early in my eyes and stopped growing as an artist pretty early on just because his fans gassed him up. Really his impact and influence from his earliest music outweighs the middling stuff he put out in recent years.

Man On The Moon 1 & 2 are classics imo. Besides me loving that music, they were both received well, and are touted as great albums by most fans of Rap
all 40 of you that think he is dogshit should go listen to Icespice or whatever her f***ing name is, thatll give you a better idea of what "dogshit" is
