I haven’t even heard the album yet but why do stupid people think cudi never used auto tune til Travis came around? He has deep cuts where he uses auto tune the same way he does on motm3….he just didn’t do it often.

Honestly might be the flow he used in some MOTM3 songs, he had some monotone sounding flows vs his past melodic flows

Only one song on motm3…sounded similar to Travis. Yet there’s a contingent of nephews who think every time cudi uses auto tune he’s trying to copy Travis.

Travis hasn’t done one unique thing his whole career. He’s just a fusion of different artists ffs.

My favortie song he's ever used auto tune on. Really wish he released it officially.

Perfect example of what you're talking about though. People seem to forget that CuDi was heavily involved with 808's also. Maybe he wasn't using autotune on it but he was fundemental in making that album and that style that birthed so many rappers careers
