But u right about it feeling like they were just hitting a good stride

WRUthe entire brockhampton thing is a massive mismanagement story. they should have case studies based on it for marketing and pr classes really

I think brockhampton ending was good for some of the artists involved (Matt, Kevin) but yeah its prob not as good for the guys who havent been able to seize their moment
i agree with OP roadrunner was good and underrated but the stuff after not so much. so they were def running on fumes. it was time

earthwalkaI mean what more did you want from them? they dropped some great albums in their time. handled the controversy well and went on to get even more popular with a few big songs. it wasn't just kevin who wanted things to end, it was a group decision.
People on the internet feel warm and fuzzy when they hate things.

to be fair, Roadrunner is the canonical ending of Brockhampton. The Family and TM are really albums that were made to fulfill a contract.
