I like how they didnt even put another op
Like he wasn't replaced in a meaningful way
They just decided that it definitely shouldn't be him
Both can be true

maybe, again, that text was sent to drake. feels like trying to make a simple issue complex
Ye dropped a song today because of drake, he jumped in exclusively because of drake, he never replied to False Prophets but is now dissing him because of siding with drake
the rap world, including Ye, is revolving around Drake. look at the thread title
Hi key
Camron and HOV the only ones who had this many top tier rappers come at them at the same time. Im standing on that. you got Kenny ye future Ross. That alone is best of the generation tbh
Pac was beefing with 90's Nas, Big, Mobb Deep and more.
I'm not even disputing that the guys you named are the best of their generation, I'm just saying this tends to happen more than people realize
it's just that we in an era where everything is more visible and online
Have you seen that bots other posts? S***s so insane
yea bro lmaoooooo
I think people were positive on the Push Ups song, but I think this AI track has divided people (surprising IMO) and seems to have given Kendrick some room to turn the public perception
Pretty much every opinion I've seen on Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc... is expecting Kendrick to hit back hard. Nobody serious is saying it's over yet
Yeah, I think Drake may have overplayed his hand with the ai stuff.
Night 1 it was so shocking and disrespectful that it felt like a huge blow that Kendrick couldn’t recover from, and to music nerds who know all the “lore” or whatever for the artists it still hits harder, but for the average Joe or Jane on the street, it’s pushing too distasteful to work well.
I personally think all rap beef shenanigans are borderline immoral, so I’m not much more shocked by the ai Pac than anything else, but I think for people who want to still feel good about themselves while enjoying the beef it hits a sour note.
Only time will tell if it will be enough of an opening for Kendrick, though
gangy has every right to be upset, let it pass

I can tell
I can tell I can tell
Certain people don’t like me no more
Certain s*** don’t excite me no more
I guess they don’t make them like me no more
@Mmm_Hmm so you can forfeit the op to kdog maybe
I think only applies to ktt2
I can tell

This is deep. If you weren't a furry you could actually be a songwriter. This is something that you'd expect from a legendary artist

Rap beef used to be much more passive. It was something that happened in the background over the span of years at a time. Completely different animal in the 24 hour news cycle social media age
Kendrick is 5’7, he lost the fight before it even started.
Lower

To casuals its corny as s*** and a headscratcher on wtf he was going for with it
