Idk man you really could make a case that this entire thing is manifesting because of the Pusha T situation. This is Drake’s only opponent that could realistically help change the narrative for his overall battles imo. These lines are about Jay Z, Tidal, and Meek. We all saw the Tidal promotion. Jay brought together all the biggest artists together or "the higher ups" to talk about streaming and artists not getting paid what they should off it. How is this exactly trying to end Drakes run tho? I think the bulk of that lands on to Jay Z. This is where Meek comes in, I feel like maybe Jay or just someone connected to Jay but the idea in Meeks head that he could take out Drake why the information he had. That might be a bit of a reach but no one really compares Meek to Drake ever so I can only see someone who Meek really respect being able to put the battery in his back and have him go at Drake.

Now I can really only see this being about Meek. The last line is similar to the line in Charged Up about people being killed by police. This is Drake telling people he's really not thinking about the success as much as it seems he just has to flex sometimes to remind people where he's at and that he's not the one to f*** with right now. I also think he wanted to use the word "noodle" because during the Joe and Meek Twitter "beef" Meek was calling Joe a noodle.

The first line is Meek but then it goes into lines for Jay completely. The ghostwriting bars is to poke fun at Meek for thinking that was enough to stop him and making it seem like Meek only brought it up out jealously. The making moves on your own time could be reference Meek taking so long to make his diss but also goes to Jay taking longer than he has recently to drop an album.

For a while now every other year Jay drops an album January coming in no time and Jay still hasn't dropped an album. So what's going on his absence is a little concerning he seemed to be on a bit of a schedule. At the same time tho Drake shows respect by saying he'll be remembered if he needs to retire so it's very tongue in cheek.
