YHVHeventually the contract runs dry
he has done their bidding and by that time he can just chill and venture out to other branches of showbiz renewing their contracts cuz ur in this s*** for life the minute u put pen to paper
but many dont reach that point of their careers, the more deep u are in the biz the more s*** will weigh on ur conscious as u can tell it seems drake is on decline and is succumbing to corrupting forces of power and greed in his pursuit for industry dominance and control
and since he has little to no faith and wont repent since obviously he cant serve two masters simultaneously it seems his life trajectory is that of a tragic figure as u can see in this current arc is the one who falls from grace (e.g. everyone turning their backs on him)
i remember thinking when i heard FATD that his next album would probably be the one where he goes at everyone who has a problem with him, with no subliminals, and takes his ball and goes home. based on the way things are going, i'm becoming more confident in my prediction.

I respect you having a legit convo about it and I'm open to my opinion changing over time
I don't hate ATM as much as I'm getting my jokes off but that sound fr does annoy me and I think the theme is low hanging fruit
Kendrick felt like he was fr opening up in a raw way on Count Me Out so I connected more.
