It's an official dev mode you pay $20 for. I got mine during a 5 day free period long ago.
It restarts your Xbox and you FTP over RetroArch, AetherSX2 (which is PCSX2), Dolphin, etc. RetroAchievements supported on everything.
AND like I said bro I bought UFC 5 for $15 when it very first came out. Alan Wake 2 Deluxe is $20. The market is busted in a way that PS5 and Nintendo isn't so you can buy real AAA games for dead cheap.
