This whole beef gotta be disguised as a marketing ploy
Oh it is. Not to ruin the magic like wrestling but its most likely exactly that. Really Kendrick, Drake, Cole and Future are all feedback looping off the conversation, putting everyone on and helping eachother out. Kinda like how comedians will set up jokes at another comedians expense to give them an opportunity to make a joke. I think this because I learned (in a business class or a book) that picking a competitor and creating a rivalry will increase sales. It’s why here in Canada you’ll always see McDonald’s and A&W across the street from eachother and im sure in the US you see similar things. The competition grows both of their businesses. It’s like one of the rules of business or something. Im sure there are authentic rap beefs, thats not what im saying. But one of this scale with these people most likely has that as the primary driving motive.
Exactly. Kendrick arguably had his biggest hype leading up to TPAB and he gave them TPAB.
If DAMN realised when TPAB did with the same DAMN rollout that would have been at least twice as hype.
He also could’ve had one of the biggest comebacks after a hiatus if he dropped another Damn type album
his stuff for mach hommy, westside gunn, and rome streetz is gas, great ear for samples i think your just hating

Man he left the planet with this one
Kendrick has the bigger tours and better live performances if we’re going there.
His show definitely wasn't better, you could prefer that but a nigga hitting you over the head with blassics will always be a more enjoyable time
HE HIT HIM WITH THE 30 FOR 30!!! LGBTQ IS SCRAMBLING FOR TRACKS RN!
Which are also dumb as f*** and the worst part of the album
I agree, but it's not like he was trying to go for more accessible and less dumbed-down messages, instead he shifted to cryptic signalling towards a religious sect that believes black people are subject to a divinely-ordained generational curse
I wouldn't say that, DAMN has a bunch of Black Israelite stuff in it with really weird implications that most listeners wouldn't pick up on
Damn you right, hate that FEAR had that monologue over it. The beat sounded disgusting by itself in heart part 4 and the leak.
This s*** can get scary, very grim
