Tbh I woulda been cool with just appreciating 2 all time great rappers going at it and giving them both props but I feel like yall downplay Kendrick so hard in every way it feels good to see Kendrick win

Brother I have written in threads on this site that Kendrick's 3 peat of GKMC TPAB and Damn is the best 3 three peat album run of all time over Kanye drake and em. I've stated on this site and in person he's the best lyricist in rap since 2017. Tbf I think it's the opposite. Yall really saw drake as this r&b pop star who everyone writes raps for and he actually delivered BARS as he should and has. I think we do respect Kendrick but unless we call him the Apple Music Spotify greatest rapper of all time it's seen as disrespectful. Which is fine but it's like, I never once feel like as a drake Stan I didn't appreciate Kendrick and his body of work. Is what it is tho

That’s actual maturity especially for someone so early in their career. Rocky’s mindset is something he doesn’t get enough credit for, he truly is a fan of the culture and just wants their to be dope music and for dope artist to get respect. He’s more mature than a lot of his peers
