I'm gonna assume you're asking about Yt music, but the UI is inelegant. Also, I like listening to music offline, and sometimes the auto download feature downloads unofficial versions of s***ty quality tracks. It even downloads the same song several times, and you'll find some of these repeated tracks throughout your playlist. Some of the suggestions of music you might like are way offbase.

When it comes to Spotify, there's too much s*** going on in the UI, from podcasts to the music that Spotify "suggests" to you. It's equally awful in predicting songs you like, and the AI DJ needs a lotta work. Downloading songs can only be done after adding the song to a playlist, which is dumb and makes no sense. On YT premium, you can download songs easily, but with Spotify you gotta go through extra hoops to download a single song.

Love YT music. Have found the most new music I ever have from the music tuner and can listen to all the mixtapes and unreleased s*** from artists on YT without having to upload it myself.
